As a result of the ancient sand stone and alluvial soil located in the Piccadilly Valley, this wine expresses a brilliant balance of fruit and minerality.

We gently handpick our grapes, then use wild yeast for fermentation. The wine is allowed to mature in a mixture of new and used French Oak for 12 months. The resulting flavour exhibits delicate cashew tones and a hint of Lychee. A clever Chardonnay for both lovers of the varietal and people open to discovering it.
