750ml Piccadilly Vineyards 2024 Rose

This rose is a perfect balance of 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay from the Piccadilly Valley. Both hand harvested on the cusp of ripeness,  whole bunch pressed into french barriques and allowed to undergo spontaneous fermentations. Ages on lees for 8 months before being racked by gravity directly to bottling. This has produced a dry, complex and textural rose with mouth-watering acidity and a lingering savoury finish.
