Piccadilly Vineyards 2021 Rose

This rose is a perfect balance of 85% Pinot Noir and 15% Chardonnay from the Piccadilly Valley. Both hand harvested on the cusp of ripeness,  whole bunch pressed into french barriques and allowed to undergo spontaneous fermentations. Ages on lees for 14 months before being racked by gravity directly to bottling. This has produced a dry, complex and textural rose with mouth-watering acidity and a lingering savoury finish.
